CAMP FOCUS:
Led by 4D Hockey’s owner & founder, Plzeň’s own Petr Tichy, camp is designed to strengthen and develop critical hockey skills combining European & North American coaching styles. Each weekend is limited to a maximum of 24 participants per camp and will be separated into two small groups to provide more personal high-level on & off-ice training by professional coaches & trainers. Mental preparation and off-ice Sports Performance training of hockey specific functional strength & mobility led by former NHL trainer Dave Boyer.

• 8:30 – 9:30 am, Group 1 On-ice Training
• 10:00 – 11:30 am, Group 1 Sports Performance & Dryland Stickhandling
• 11:30 – 12:30 pm, Lunch Break
• 8:00 – 9:30 am, Group 2 Sports Performance & Dryland Stickhandling
• 10:00 – 11:00 am, Group 2 On-ice Training
• 11:30 – 12:30 pm, Lunch Break
