4D Hockey AAA / Elite Mini-Camp, NEW JERSEY

Due to the success of our Exclusive AAA Hockey Development Camp in Detroit, MI and the requests to do this camp in new locations, we are taking it on the road!

CAMP FOCUS

Led by 4D Hockey’s owner & founder, Petr Tichy, this mini-camp is for 2007 – 2010 AAA / Elite level players only and will be capped at 12 participants, consisting of 11.5 hours of high-level on & off-ice training by professional coaches & trainers.  Mental preparation and off-ice Sports Performance training of hockey specific functional strength & mobility led by former NHL trainer Dave Boyer.  This allows for more personalized instruction and detailed corrections per player.

Friday Schedule Only:

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm: On-ice training
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Off-ice training

Saturday & Sunday Schedule:

9:00 am – 10:00 am:  On-ice training
10:30 am – 11:30 am:  Off-ice training
11:30 am – 12:30 pm:  Lunch provided by 4D Hockey
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm:  Mental Prep / Video Session
2:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Combined groups on-ice training
